Delville Management reorganises itself into Business Units to best accompany its clients

Paris, May 16th, 2018 – Delville Management, an interim management provider founded in 2010, sets up a new internal structure to support its growth. The company implemented Business Units focused on the sectorial challenges met by their clients: “Services & E-commerce”, “Industry”, “International” and “Bank & IT”. Eric Audoin, Olivier Dambricourt, Colin Leisk and Bernard Michel have respectively taken the lead in these units. These appointments match Delville Management’s ambition: a 40% increase in revenue by the end of 2018 (it has already doubled in 2017, from £5.5m to £11.3m).



Eric Audoin, Partner & Director (Services, Retail & E-commerce)

His background: Eric Audoin holds a degree from the MBA Institute Groupe Inseec and from HEC Executive Coaching. With a vast international experience supported by over 25 years in Management and Leadership positions in multinational groups (UTC-OTIS, DHL Group, American Express, Steelcase), he joins Delville Management in July 2017.


His mission: As a specialist in business model change and growth management, operational and digital transformation and sales growth, Eric is now in charge of the “Services, Retail & E-commerce” Business Unit: B2B and B2C services, Real Estate, Transportation & Logistics, retail, e-commerce, Facility Management, Healthcare…



Olivier Dambricourt, Partner & Director (Industry) 

His background: Olivier graduated from Polytechnique (X87) and from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace (1992). He has had various responsibilities as the Director of Operations of big industrial groups, such as PMI (Rhodia, DNCS, EREIE). Familiar with change management situations, he possesses a strong industrial experience across many sectors: aeronautics, chemicals, energy, nuclear, shipbuilding, mechanics…  In addition, Olivier was the adviser to several French ministers: Francis Mer (Economics, Finance and Industry), Nicole Fontaine (Industry) and François Loos (Foreign Trade). He joined Delville Management in October 2016.


His mission: As the manager of Delville Management’s “Industry” Business Unit, Olivier is now responsible for meeting the needs in management and change support of all the companies in this sector (Aeronautics, Agribusiness, Metallurgy, Automotive…).



Colin Leisk, Partner & Director (International)

His background: Colin leads supply chain transformation and restructuring assignments for Delville Management internationally. An interim manager since 2006, he first joined Delville in 2013 to help establish the Firm in London. Prior to that Colin held positions as MD of Alvarez & Marsal, as director of two international businesses at IBM and as partner of the international consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, following 10 years in operational roles in industry. He qualified as an engineer at Cambridge and Southampton and holds an MBA from Cranfield.


His mission: Up until now, Colin Leisk was the manager of the interim management missions in the Industry and Sciences sectors and was in charge of the restructuring of the company’s operations. He will now be responsible for supporting our clients’ international development, from his Paris and London-based offices.



Bernard Michel, Partner & Director (Bank & IT)

His backround: Bernard graduated from ESCP Europe and spent a great part of his career at Natixis, where he became Human Resources Director. He joined Delville Management in 2010.


His mission: Bernard Michel oversees the “Bank & IT” Business Unit, and has a solid specialization in Human Resources, thanks to which he supports all the needs in change management of the companies in this sector.
