After graduating as an Engineer from Arts & Métiers and with a Masters Degree in Financial Management from ESSEC in France, Patrick participated in the launch of Investance Consulting in 2001, building a firm of organisation consultants located in Paris, London, Hong-Kong and New York. In 2007 he created Delville Executive, an executive search firm, and Delville Management, an interim transition management firm, in 2010.

After launching Arrow Financial Consulting, an IT services firm specialising in financial markets, Anthony Baron joined Investance Consulting in 2006 where he met his future partner Patrick Abadie. As Business Manager, he founded the Hong-Kong subsidiary and then joined Neo Soft in 2008 where he built the company’s business in the United Kingdom. In 2009, Anthony Baron became Business Development Manager EMEA for Reed Business Information in London.

After graduating from ESCP Business School, Bernard Michel joined the French Bank for Overseas Trade (BFCE) in 1983. As Social Relations Director, he continued his career in Natexis (as it was then known), becoming Human Resources Director at Natexis Banques Populaires in 2002 and Natixis Bank in 2006. He joined the Delville Group in 2009.
Eric joined Delville Management in July 2017 after over 25 years of Management & Leadership positions within international groups in different European countries with UTC-OTIS, DHL Supply Chain, American Express and Steelcase. Track record in managing change and growth of business models, operational & digital transformations and sales growth. Coach for executives, HEC Executive Education Program.
After an early career as project manager in the building industry with Hilti and later in energy with Veolia, Alexandre joined Delville Management in October 2011 to take charge of business development in the services sector and also investment funds. Alexandre holds a degree in Geosciences from the Pierre & Marie Curie University and a Masters in Negotiation and International Affairs from Novancia Business School.
Colin leads supply chain transformation and restructuring assignments for Delville Management internationally. An interim manager since 2006, he first joined Delville in 2013 to help establish the Firm in London. Prior to that Colin held positions as MD of Alvarez & Marsal, as director of two international businesses at IBM and as partner of the international consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, following 10 years in operational roles in industry. He qualified as an engineer at Cambridge and Southampton and holds an MBA from Cranfield.
Prior to joining Delville Management in 2017, James has 12 years’ experience across Sydney, New York and London predominantly with Macquarie, a global investment banking group. He has worked in M&A, leveraged finance and structured finance across multiple sectors. James also sat on the Investment Committee of Amerra Capital Management, a private equity and structured commodity finance fund manager. James has Commerce and Economics degrees from the University of Queensland, Australia.
